CUSTOM TRIP PROCESS:

Custom trip planning/booking and how it works:

1. Upon determining if your desired itinerary and budget parameters are feasible, a $500 deposit per person is due.

2. Once deposit is received we’ll dive into the details of your custom trip to include desired routes and activities and final pricing. Once agreed, both parties will sign off on pricing and inclusions.

3. Upon finalization you’ll receive your invoice. The $500 per person will be applied and your next payment will be due 30 days from initial invoice date. The balance is due 60 days prior to departure. All payments are subject to our normal terms.

4. You’ll then receive a Welcome Packet with lots of useful info on travel to your destination, as well as helpful preparation checklists.

5. Then we’ll do our work to execute! During this time you’ll need to secure your insurance and flights and fill out our administrative guest forms and documents.

6. At 60 days pre-trip you will receive a helpful email with checklist reminders and other info to help you prep for your trip. The final balance is due at 60 days pre trip as well.

7. 10 days pre-trip you will receive a detailed daily itinerary that breaks down everything you need to know about your trip including contact details, accommodation info and more.

8. Throughout your trip we are at your disposal to address any needs, questions or concerns that may come up!
