ALL OF OUR RETREATS

OUR RETREATS ARE FOR YOU IF…

• You’re in need of a reset for your body & mind and find that travel and culture brings powerful shifts in perspective

• You want to take charge of your health and wellness by putting yourself in environments that help you thrive

• You’re restored by time in nature, movement of the body, and healing with a like-minded community

• You like to have activity options according to how you’re feeling that day. Yoga, waterfall hikes, nature walks, sea kayaking. Or maybe just hang by the pool!

OUR RETREATS MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF…

• You’re not a nature lover up for beautiful locales and perhaps a bit of unpredictable weather

• You expect a super-polished, by-the-book experience without any room for surprise or fun

• You’re not into group dynamics and being a part of others’ healing journeys

• The earth and our impact on it is not a consideration for you; nor is the wisdom of other cultures and traditions

• You can’t deal with no internet or connectivity from time to time, or perhaps the occasional power outage

TESTIMONIALS FROM OUR RETREATS

FAQS

  • We work with all people on the self-development journey from beginners to advanced. That said, we do actively screen for acute trauma. Our retreats are a self growth retreat in a supportive environment, no one should attend who has active PTSD or acute mental health symptoms. The conditions of traveling can be difficult and stressful and you will need to have a baseline of stability to attend the trip.

  • We welcome yogis of all levels - beginners included! Our yoga instructors are experienced at tailoring the flow to the students’ needs and being a part of your yoga journey. And truth be told, sometimes people come on the retreats for the FUN! If you need to sleep in one day, or take a break you have full permission to do so!

  • Nope! :) While of course you're welcome to participate, you're welcome to hold back from the yoga sessions and just enjoy the cultural and adventure aspects of the trip - which are plenty!

  • The hikes on our retreats range from light to moderate. We have knowledgeable guides to help you along the way if needed with the occasional river crossing, maneuvering hilly paths and sometimes slippery terrain. You will want to pack sneakers or trail shoes with good grips that can get wet. And of course, all of these excursions are optional!

  • The menus always include some vegan and vegetarian choices rotating everyday to provide a wide selection of tasty garden to table cuisine throughout your stay. The local chefs also cater to visitors who eat gluten-free or have other dietary restrictions. You can let us know your needs in advance and our chefs will prepare for your arrival with many delicious options to choose from.

  • Generally our group trips are around 6-12 people, but sometimes we get nice small groups of 4-6 which is super fun! If you book self-guided, the minimum people is 2.

  • We recommend booking your trip 6-8 months in advance to ensure your space, though we’ll typically take bookings up to 1 month prior to the trip if there are still spots left.

  • Yes, we require travel insurance, which you can read more about here.
