You’ll journey from the Troodos mountains dotted with Byzantine monasteries and mountain resorts to the sparkling turquoise waters of Paphos on the Mediterranean to the historic village of Lefkara. We’ll ground with numerous hikes, taking in the history, mythology and natural landscapes of the island. We’ll feast on fresh-caught seafood and farm-to-table village fare as we learn about Cypriot cuisine - including its famous halloumi - as well as its wines.
