If you’re looking for a trip that challenges your body and spirit, widens your cultural lense, and immerses you in astounding mountain landscapes then this 11-day Nepal trip is for you. We start by exploring the temples of Kathmandu including the Buddhist stupa Boudhanath, the Pashupatinath Hindu temple, Patan royal palace square, and the Swayambhunath complex or the "Monkey Temple." We then visit the birthplace of Buddha in remote Lumbini, spending some time at a local monastery for tea and a chat with one of the monks. After soaking in the hip vibe of Pokhara, we'll start our 3-day Annapurna Circuit trek, staying in village teahouses and getting a glimpse of what life is like in this remote region. We'll finish our venture with an two nights at a 5-star regenerative ecolodge complete with a Himalayan salt pool and yak milk delivered to your door for your morning coffee. We’ll learn about sustainability initiatives in the area and visit a local project that empowers youth through vocational skills training. We’ll enjoy a farm-to-table feast at the eco resort before returning to Kathmandu for our final farewell.
